ASCLS and Westgard QC are proud to announce the Certificate in Total Quality Management. This certificate, available to those who complete a final online exam. Participants must demonstrate a mastery of the material from several webinars conducted in 2012. the topics include Quality Control, "Westgard Rules", Method Validation, Sigma-metrics, Risk Analysis, and ISO 15189.

Participants will have 3 chances to pass the online exam, which consists of 40 multiple choice questions. A passing score will be 70% or higher.
